
He said the special allocation was necessary to effect a major shift in education through the three phases of implementation of the blueprint over a period of 13 years to elevate Malaysia to be among countries with the best education system by 2025.

Muhyiddin spoke to reporters after opening the Pagoh Umno Division delegates meeting here. Also present was his wife, Puan Sri Noorainee Abdul Rahman.

He also said that in the three months after its unveiling, the ministry would give the people the opportunity to forward their views to improve the blueprint.
Then, the blueprint would be fine-tuned and presented to the Cabinet by the end of the year, he added. [Source : The Star Online]
