Responsibilities:
Provide daily office administration supportCoordinate between both internal and external on scheduling of meetingsResponsible for data management and compilation to support reports, tracking and monitoring needed by the Media and Research teamMaintaining Media and Research internal data consistently, ensuring process and tracking runs smoothlyProactively manage day-to-day activities within the Media and Research team, co-ordinates and works well with both Media and Research agencies respectivelySupports brand teams on Media and Research requests. Liaising with departments on documentations and project managementsRequirements:
