Payroll processing.Assist all aspect of HR Services (Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits administration, Training and Development, Payroll Administration, Employees' Relation Matters).Assists in the handling of staff disciplinary issues, hands on experience in doing warning letters, Dl and workplace counseling session.Prepare monthly HR Reports on key statistics figures and assist in doing research on HR trends and analysis which covers HR policies and procedures including staff turnover rate, exit interviews, best practices, trends, etc as and when required.Requirements:
Diploma / Certificate in Human Resources Management or equivalent education.Min 2 years of working experience in the field of General Human Resources.A mature personality with high integrity and modesty.Able to work independently.Computer literate including Microsoft Office.Preferably female below 45years old.We offer attractive remuneration and fringe benefits.
