Window Administration:install and manage windos operating systemUser administration (setup and maintenance of account)Ensure compliance of system based on the organisation's security policy and proceduresPerform OS patching and system upgrade Manage configuration changes and documenting the configuration of the systemDay to day operation and maintenance, eg routine checks, analyzing of log, performance monitoring, troubleshootingUnix AdministrationUser administrationHardware management which includes liaising with vendor for hardware repairPerform OS patchingImplement security policies for unix systemManage configuration changes and documenting the configuration of the systemDay to day operation and maintenenceDatabase ManagementInstall, configure, upgrade and patching of database software, including Oracle and Ms-SQLMonitor, manage and maintain production, testing and development database for different projectsanalyze and resolve database related issuesEvaluate new features and release of database softwareDevelop script to automate specific routine related to database and UnixConduct trend analysis, capacity planning and performance tuning of databaseClone and setup database for development, testing or simulation/POC usageManage configuration changes and documenting the configuration of the systemDatabase Advisory and CounselAdvise business owner on the database functionalityAdvise backup administrator on the backup policy and ensure that the databases are being backup and able to be restored successfullyCandidates must possess Bachelor's degree in Computer science/ computing/IT/ information systems or any related discipline (Minimum second class upper/Grade B)Professional Certification in ICT relatedITIL v3 Certificate is an added advantageInterested candidates are invited to apply online
