Responsibilities:

Application and renewal of working permitResponsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions whichincludes payroll, industrial relations, employee relations, compensation &benefits and other HR related support services Payroll checking and processing, including management of payrollsystem, generate month end payroll reports and ensure its accuracy forapproval Responsible for the HRIS. To ensure up-to-date payroll/staffinformation, personal files, leave records staff movement listing, as wellas easy retrieval of information Oversee & manage industrial & employee relations matters includingstaff grievances, domestic enquiries & other related activities Facilitate and support performance appraisal review and assist inmanaging the performance review process

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in Construction and Engineering field will be an advantage.Meticulous and analytical and possess leadership qualities with high degree of integrity and professionalism Capable of dealing with all levels of people within the organization and provide HR related advice to the Heads of Departments / management team
