Ordering of stocks, issuance of PO for new and repeat stocksEnsure proper management and maintenance of stock levels and records; stock records maintenance and report generationResponsible for product development, sourcing, follow-up of orders, shipment schedulesHandling and constant liaison with overseas clients & suppliersPeriodical visitation to suppliers and manufacturersPrice negotiation with suppliersArrange for return of defective goodsAssist to analyze sales history and solicit feedback from store in-charge to reallocate stocks across outlets, when necessary; arrangement of order or transfer of stock whenever requiredAssist in promotions and marketing strategiesPossess at least Diploma in any discipline or equivalentAt least 1 year relevant working experience in retail merchandisingStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin with ability to converse and liaise with Mandarin speaking associatesHas initiative, sense of urgency, organizing skills and good paperwork skillsIndependent and able to travel overseasMust have passion for fashionInterested candidates are invited to apply online
