To handle customers enquiries (telephone / walk-in enquiries)Prompt follow through to resolve customer enquiriesRequirements

Degree / Diploma holders with 1 year working experience in Call Centre or Customer Service environmentPossesses good problem solving skills Service oriented and good communication skillsFresh graduates are encouraged to apply5-day work day, normal working hoursMalaysian citizens only
