Responsible for the recruitment process right from the requisition stage to advertisement, interviewing and hiring.Work with hiring agency and headhunters to fill open position.Responsible for administrate the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) functions in system operation, evaluation and maintenance.Analyze of HR data i.e. compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, and/or benefits data as directed.Responsible for payroll processing and payroll matters.Prepares monthly HR related reports.Coordinate office operation and schedule in Outlook i.e. office meeting, appointments, conferences, accommodation and transport arrangement for guest or other special events.Perform other duties that maybe requires from time to time.Monday to Friday (Normal Working Hour).Monthly basic salary based on experience (Range from RM 2800 - RM 3500)Monthly Fix AllowanceParking AllowanceMedical/Dental and Hospitalization CoverageInsurance CoverageCandidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.At least 1 year(s) of recruiting experience or related field preferred.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese.Required skill(s): MS Office.Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.Able to perform work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines, independent and a good team player with an energetic working style.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.3 Full-Time position(s) available.Interested candidate please submit your application online or email to passion9@achievegroup.asia, please indicate the below information in your resume:Current & Expected salaryReason(s) for leavingAvailability to commence workRecent photoWe regret that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
