Conduct/Coordinate Internal & External Trainings inclusive trainings requested by stakeholders.Maintenance of Learning & Development’s database inclusive of operational matters related to Learning & Development.Involve in implementation of Learning and Development initiatives such as Training Needs Analysis, Talent Management & Surveys.Delivery and development of related internal training modules.Degree in any discipline of studies.Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant working experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (ie: Words, Excel & Powerpoint).Good command of English Language with good presentation skills.Passion to Learn, Share & Teach, Creative, Organised, Customer Oriented, Diligent, Responsible, Trustworthy & Excellent Team Player.Willing to travel and work on weekends as and when required.Ability to speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
