Conduct/Coordinate Internal & External Trainings inclusive trainings requested by stakeholders.Maintenance of Learning & Development’s database inclusive of operational matters related to Learning & Development.Involve in implementation of Learning and Development initiatives such as Training Needs Analysis, Talent Management & Surveys.Delivery and development of related internal training modules.Degree in any discipline of studies.Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant working experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (ie: Words, Excel & Powerpoint).Good command of English Language with good presentation skills.Passion to Learn, Share & Teach, Creative, Organised, Customer Oriented, Diligent, Responsible, Trustworthy & Excellent Team Player.Willing to travel and work on weekends as and when required.Ability to speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.Interested candidates are invited to apply online
